We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returned items must be unwashed and unworn, having the original tags attached, be in its original packaging and be free from any odours or pet hairs.
For returns of products that were locally delivered, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will initiate the return process.
For shipped orders, please go to the Sooth Clothing Return Portal to complete your return. Fill in the barcode of your package starting with ‘3S’ together with the postal code of which your item has been shipped to. After that, just follow the instructions presented in the portal.
We recommend acquiring delivery confirmation or tracking. In the event that you choose not to use tracking or secured shipping, Sooth Clothing can not be made responsible for the package being lost or otherwise not received.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within a couple of days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Do you want to exchange a product? This is possible. Please contact us at email@example.com and ask for the correct size, color or product. We will ship the replacing item as soon as possible.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
